• Holistic C.O.R.E. Counseling:  Sessions designed to help you address whatever is up for you.  We will
  explore mental blocks and old emotional wounds that are inhibiting your forward progress towards
  achieving goals, improving relationships, and experiencing better health.

• Spiritual Coaching: Guidance to help you align with your highest values and understand your situation from a spiritual perspective.
• Hypnotherapy and guided visualization:  Create positive intentions and clear limiting beliefs from the subconscious.
• Reiki / Energetic healing:  Harmonize the subtle energy bodies and experience relief from stress and pain to allow you to attract health, joy, and abundance.
  • Sessions typically last 45 minutes but can be longer or shorter. See pricing below.
• Intuitive Readings:  Typically arranged by phone, but can also be in person (Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ)
  
• **Pricing:  $45 for 1st 1/2 hour $20 for each additional 15 min.
