I am a Certified Holistic Counselor,
Educator and Healer with a broad background and training in various aspects of healing. I am
also a Licensed Acupuncturist, Certified Reiki Master, Channel, and highly sensitive intuitive
and empath. I believe having optimal health is a vital component to having the energy, inspiration
and willingness to take charge of our lives and follow our heart. When we learn to honor our personal needs in
every aspect of our lives, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, our health
improves. With greater vitality, we are more inspired to channel our creative energies into
more meaningful experiences and thereby Awaken our hearts to our Soul's true calling.
Being conscious that we are creating our realities is an important key to manifesting all we desire. Change
is possible when we own that we are responsable for all that is showing up. It is akin to
being the driver of the car. cruising along on our chosen journey. The journey can be bumpy, painful and full
of struggle, or magical, elegant and filled with joy and wonder. It really is our choice.
We can learn and grow through crisis, or be the map maker we were always meant to be. We can more readily manifest
greater abundance, joy and health, and live purposeful lives beyond our imaginings.
Often
what we need most can be addressed through diet and nutrition. Yet, quite possibly there is an underlying pattern we
have adopted at some point in our life as a coping mechanism that needs to be addressed in order to change what is showing
up. Whatever our illness, beyond seeking medical help, beyond nutritional support there is a message for
us to receive. In order to truly heal, and for any treatment to really stick, the message needs to be
retrieved and understood. This is the multi-dimensional, multi-layered approach to true holistic healing. As
a Certified Holistic Counselor with training as a Licensed Acupuncturist, Nutritionist, Energy Healer and Intuitive, I can
really address with you what is up! We can work together to receive the messages, reach the deeply buried emotions,
smooth the subtle energetic bodies and adopt healthier strategies to address what is needed physically. Together,
we create an alliance that supports your process of healing. This process helps you to learn to enlist the resources
available to each of us; that of our thoughts, feelings and imaginations, and the unconditional love and assistance
of our Higher Selves and unseen helpers in Spirit. My goal always being to Awaken your inner joy and radiance and
help you find the safe space within to address all blocking your progress and hoped for outcomes. The more joy-filled
your life, the greater your health and the brighter your light and willingness to share your unique gifts, essence and beauty.
The world needs you, and right now is the time to start! Our higher knowing will guide us perfectly if we
allow it. This is not about what our ego desires. Patience may be required to restore the energy
systems after years of abusing the needs of our body, mind and our spirit. I
am currently available to do counseling sessions, intuitively channeled readings and distance energy healing along with holistic
coaching and education all by phone. I approach each session primarily as a holistic counselor allowing the best composite
of 'tools' needed to address what is requiring our attention. Each session is like the first, allowing you to receive
assistance with what is most pressing for you at the time. Readings and holistic health coaching and consultations along
with energetic clearing and healing may always be arranged separately, or in conjunction as a package offerred for counseling.
A true, holistic healing must address every aspect of our lives as
we are multi-sensory, multi-dimensional beings. A true holistic healer and counselor
that can serve at each level is a gift! It is my greatest desire to
